Tends machine that cuts rug felt to specified width: Pulls felt from roll on table, examines felt for imperfections, such as light spots and burrs, and removes imperfections using tweezers. Clamps end of felt to winding roll and starts machine that rewinds inspected felt. May set circular cutting knives and cut felt to specified width.
